Takasu snow park in Gifu is a great place to go for a days skiing or riding.
For snowboarders and skiers there is a an awesome park with halfpipe, kicker , rails and boxes as well as a super 600m long border cross course with 12 obstacles...woo hoo ! For Intermediate snow lovers there are wide long courses over 4,000 meters long served by one gondola and several quad lifts.
For those who want to venture off-piste a quick little hike will give you
access to the backcountry runs of Dainichi valley from which you can cut back to the bottom lifts and loop it all day...wey hey !
All in all there`s always a lot of smily faces after a trip to Takasu snow park.
